Because the moderators of scientific and technical forums are overwhelmed with threads by new agers and autistic fantasists, would it be possible to implement a script for these forums that flags posts with content such as "over unity" or "time travel" and send them to the appropriate place? 9 new threads a week! Oh noes, it's a tidal waaaaaave!
Ahem... that aside, I'll happily take your crazy over-unity shit. The US government has been supressing that tech' for far too long and it's time people knew about it.

This would require us to solve the demarcation problem well enough to program it as a script. Good luck with that.

We could filter out "hypnosis" as well.

Or we could just ban Greyfox from posting.

Who determines what is and is not [naturally] "scientific"?
I guess that is at the moderators descretion.
If this was to be implemented, it would be a censorship of sorts. Science is all about "we", not "I"... if "I" determines science, it is no longer science undertaken with a scientific attitude.

Science isn't about anybody which is why research papers are often written in third-person passive. As to how something is determined to be scientific, well shit, having some tangible evidence and a plausible cause-effect link would be a good start.

Sounds about right, though I wonder what this reference to the "scientific community" is all about, generally a community is consitited by people. Lets not pretend, science is a methodical approach engaged by people. In that respect, it is not about people, but it does involve people... which was partly my point. Lastly, biological science is basically about any-body.

Funny. I hadn't noticed.
Maybe the other science forums' communities just suck? Maybe you should try to post the content you want to see instead? Maybe chucking a thread every few weeks is the price of having your name in bold?
Anyways... we usually get "tweaker copypasta dumps," not "zero-point energy reductions," lol... 'n aside from SoH being too damn quick and not letting me delete anything, we don't have a problem with it....
...well, not unless you can see deleted posts, in which case there's the whole "wtf half of these aren't messages," but... not a problem.
Post better content, and there will be some contrast. Chucking threads to other forums actually is a moderators' job.
'n last but not least, any half-decent overunity project is actually quite valuable as efficiency research in the approach to unity. Perhaps useless to science, but definately winning when applicable to technology.
