To start off I think it's a pathetic excuse for a replacement mayweather fight. I find it highly doubtful he would turn down possibly the highest grossing ppv event just because he does'nt want to take a blood test 30 days before the fight. At first he said he was 'scared of needles' and it was 'against his religion' then agreed to take three tests as long as the last one was 30 days before the fight, i.e ample time for his perfomance enhancing drugs to be undetectable. Many blame his only defeat to the legend, 4 time world champion Erik Morales to blood testing that supposedly made him drousy or some shit. No offence to the man, he's secured a place in boxing history with his achievments but it's a fucking facepalm moment when you hear the fights been scrapped.
Anyways, Pacquiao vs. Clottey. I know many people will just look at how Pacman beat Cotto and how Cotto beat Clottey, but that's just the results. IMO clottey dominated the Cotto fight, the cut he gave cotto should have been a TKO right there, i've seen fights being stopped for smaller/less bloodier cuts. Pac's moved up weight classes to beat afew good boxers though these guys still have small frames. Clotteys different, hes a bigger man with harder defences. Pac's going to have trouble beating this even if he is an offensive fighter. My Opinion: Clottey - UNAN DECISION.
Over and out ya trout.
