Why double the healing process with two seperate piercings? A reverse PA will take just as long to heal as an apa. So why tack on healing a PA when you can have it all at once? Sorry man I'm not following your logic.

He's doing this himself. A reverse prince albert isn't exactly a walk in the park when done by somebody else. Practically speaking, a prince albert best combines ease, safety, and utility.
