HOw many days a week do yall do legs?
It used to be like once a month thing for me, but im tryin to put it in like 2 or 3 times a week as it is half your body...
but so many people neglect their legs, would be really good for burnin fat as well.

I always work my legs when I work out, which is 3 days a week.

Twice a week I do lunges and squats with two 15 pound dumbells and 20 pounds of books in my backpack.

nothing beats a run for my legs or fat loss

I have a leg day once a week that's mainly squats, lunges, then some isolation work. And HIIT once a week. Plus cardio 2-3 times a week during free first periods.

every other day. the other day is upper body.

I train my legs once a week. I do about 18 sets all up.

One legged squats rule. Even if you have to hold something for balance, as long as you go slow and target your leg muscles, these are my fav. leg exercise.
2 days a week is good (I try to fit in 4 exercises) otherwise it feels like I lose strength.
