Everytime I work out, I always end up feeling like complete and total shit. Everything is twirling and I feel like I'm about to puke my guts out - If you've ever smoked too much weed and gotten the spins; It's a light version of that.
I have no healthproblems that I know of, my diet is pretty regular, and my shape is not too horrible either compared to the mild nature of the workout(Pushups, crunches etcetcetc... nothing hardcore).
Halp.
EDIT: This dizzy sensation lasts for 15 to 30 minutes.

It could be a thousand specific types of god-knows-what. However... how're the carbs in your PWO snackbox? You could just be forcing yourself into hard hypoglycemia...

Wait, this is happening after a light workout? I've only ever gotten nausous [msp?] after heavy lifting, usually squats or deadlifts. I've thrown up at the gym too.
Maybe you're eating too much before working out and not enough throughout the day. Dehydration? Try drinking at least a half gallon before working out.

ipiyc i honestly cant imagine that you work out.
but ya this happens to me too, especially if i havent worked out in a while, like today, which was my first time in almost a year going to the gym.
try to start out light, then progress once you get used to your workout.

My diet as said is pretty good. I eat a decent amount more than most normal people, but it's a good mix between veggies/healthy stuff and general shitfood.
It's not dehydration, I drink -a lot- of water, and this happens no matter when I workout or how much/little I've eaten before hand.

What exercises do you do?
How's your breathing?
Sometimes you can get dizzy while using the Valsalva Maneuver, for example.

It could be overheating.
It happens to me, do you feel better pretty soon afterwards if you have a cool shower?
The light headedness, yeah...I get that after running.
Light-headedness/Nausea/Dizziness
Dehydration
Low Blood Pressure
Lack of Food
Poor Oxygen Transfer
What kind of exercise? Cardio or anaerobic?

If you piss alot of it out, then you are still dehydrated. Hydration is about balancing intake, not excess.

Drink during the exercises aswell(like between sets). Maybe a sip or 2, just enough to stay hydrated.
Strange how it happend to you after doing squats/deadlifts, i only ever got it after jumping off the treadmill(cross trainer fucks my feet badly....).
Eat something good before going to the gym, definately with sugars and some more complex carbs. Your body needs to have energy ready to be burnt, stops you getting cramps, etc.
I found that the harder/heavier the exercise, the less you get nauseous - your too exhausted to be nauseous :)
Cold shower/some good food should set you right. Eat 30-40 mins before you exercise so your body has a chance to build up levels of blood glucose, also stops you fainting, dropping a bar on your head/someone elses/through a wall(seen it happen, funny to watch, not funny to drop it on your own head), etc :p
