Hey I have really flat deltoids that I want to train. Unfortunately, I have no access to a gym. What are the best bodyweight / ghetto weight (sandbags etc.) exercizes for them? Also, I have a pullup bar.

buy some free weights / a decent home gym + free weights.

Fill milk/juice bottles with water/sand and do raises. Find a heavy log or pole and press it. Hand stand pushups.

Often times deltoids don't pop out because you're too fat. That should be your top concern. Anyway once you get down to about six to nine percent if they aren't showing try doing that shit from www.gymansticbodies.com. Google Christopher Sommers article about planche training. That will put a reasonable amount of muscle on your upper body with basically no equipment, other than some parallettes made out of pvc from home depot you might want to build.

Go swimming, using one of those floaties that makes it so you can't kick.
Start at about 20 laps a day, and work your way up.
