Anybody listen to them? They're my favorite band. My favorite album from them is The Mantle, followed closely by Pale Folklore and The White EP.

Yes, absolutely! Those are also my favorite albums, and in that order. Awesome.

I love these guys. They're quite different to what I usually listen to but they make some damn good music.

Agalloch is pretty awesome. A few years ago, the guitarist was my college English teacher. He was the coolest teacher I have ever had.

They're in my library but I haven't taken the time to get into them. Perhaps I'll go give them another listen.

That wasn't at LCC was it? Because I had an English 101 teacher a couple years back that would always comment on band shirts that I was wearing and that he'd seen most of them live.

Agalloch is awesome -- my favorites albums (not including eps), in order, are the following: Pale Folklore, Ashes Against the Grain, and The Mantle. I love the "from which of this oak" EP (demo?) too. Definitely one of the best bands around, and from America, nonetheless.
