If anything ever happens to your buttons, controls, menus, page-assembly, text.. whatever glitches you're having with page display.. the best thing to do is dump your cookies and temporary files, then download and install the newest version of Java here:

http://java.com/en/download/manual.jsp

Close your browser while you install. Restart your browser after install. Everything should be then fixed.
