I think that's the release date.
The singles are Bounce and Vuvuvu. Have a listen these guys are on the forefront of their genre, which I don't really know what to call it because this "genre" is exploding and evolving in North America. MSTRKRFT is at the forefront of it with several other bands/djs. They are huge in Europe (their video was played like 10 times a day on Europe MTV vs. hardly anything in NA)
Anyways give those songs a listen, check out their remixes as well. Either or I'm greatly looking forward to Fist of God - which BTW was leaked on blog sites like a week ago. I am still looking for a copy....:(

ghostface killah obviously doesn't collaborate with MSTRKRFT, they simply remix and sample other people's shit.

Thanks for posting those links - I'm currently 3/4 through the album as I type. So far its very different than The looks - sounds more like their remixes with all the sampling and vocals. Which is probably a good thing.
Word up with Ghost face has too many f-words for my conscious to take...Nah just kidding its a sick song.
This album sounds like they made an album like The Looks then remixed it themselves. Ya that's it. Sort of like their Paris and Sean Paul mash-up.

Are you guys using the word "sampling" wrong? To above poster, Isis is obviously not sampled, she sings along with NORE who is also not sampled. E-40 defiantly isn't sampled as he sings his own stuff on Fist of God. Same with John Legend.
The only song I can't figure out is Word Up. Sure does sound sampled as Ghost face only has 3 lines in the entire song. The only thing that throws me off is the intro where he gives "shout outs" to MSTRKRFT.

haha i wrote that post before i downloaded it. im kinda disappointed because i thought mstrkrft actually sampled isis, the post metal band... which isn't true. but its still a pretty good release.

Oh haha, ya Isis on Bounce is the chick (MC) of Thunderheist. Speaking of which MSTRKRFT does an excellent remix of Thunderheist's Jerk it. Actually the whole purpose of this post is to post this video: (She sure knows how to jerk with a cock)

I've been meaning to get into MSTRKRFT. With that there link, I guess this is good a time as any.
Damn, I gotta start listening to my buddy Jim more. He hassled me for weeks before I finally downloaded some Justice and fell in love. Similar situation for Ratata (though I don't like them nearly as much as Justice). He told me about MSTRKRFT back in high school but I was too lazy to download it. Then my sister went to a techno rave/concert thing in Las Vegas (I think Armin was there...idk, I don't follow Trance but it was someone fairly big....not Tiesto though) and mentioned how MSTRKRFT was there and though it wasn't her thing that I might like it.
K, and I'm off.

They sound quite different than Justice, who I like as well. Just different vibes.
Fist of God in full is on their myspace. myspace.com/mstrkrft
I think its a promotion for one week, anyways quality is shit but good for a listen if your new to them.
Download their essential mix from BBC radio. I found it on a torrent but I think its available for free. Anyways 2 hours of mstrkrft playing at BBC radio mixing their own stuff and much more. sometimes 3-4 songs/samples mixed at once. Especially the 2nd hour, such tight mixes. Much better than their shows but that usually has to do with the bottle of crown on their desk.
I met AL-P after a show and he was gone, surprised he could walk never mind put on a show.

Yeah, after a listen they're definitely a bit different. But I like it...not as much, but I'm sure it will grow on me too. I'll look around for that BBC session, thanks for the tip

^I noticed there is a big variety of songs on fist of god. some dance dance, some hip-hop dance, r&b dance, etc.
Anyways, I think essential mixes come out every week. Steve Aoki has one, there is a link right on his myspace. But some of these essential mixes are golden.

haha this pretty much sums up what I said about them being wasted during sets. JFK of mstrkrft says in the intro of their essential mix that they usually don't record live mixes because they are too drunk and scared what it'll come out like
