I've been learning more about tandoori cooking and I'm interested if anybody has any experience.
I can get my hands on an oven, but I'm not sure if there's anything special I should know. The chef that's willing to let me use his oven is rather unhelpful and wants to see me completely screw things up.
I like the sear that a tandoori oven provides.
