Motherless Brooklyn - what an awesome book! It's about a private investigator for the mob with Tourette's who's boss gets murdered. He's stuck trying to unravel the case while getting himself into all kinds of shenanigans due his ticking and strange outbursts. When he tics he combines words in all kinds of hilarious ways.
Really entertaining, realistic and the main character is easy to relate to, which says a lot about the author. Anyone else read this excellent book?
