I want to make explosive that are pretty stable. By this i mean if i drop it ,it wont go off.

I was thinking of using these french bangers http://www.cyber-heritage.co.uk/eclipse/ten8.jpg

as a detonator and making a tube full of gunpowder putting a banger in the middle lighting it and run.

I know compressed gunpowder explodes. I can easily get kn03 and the other parts to make gunpowder. Maybe once it is put together strap it to a can of lynx? make a big bang.

There are a number of things wrong in your post. Firstly, 'gunpowder', while indeed an explosive, is not what you think it is. xBSP is mostly nitrocellulose usually with nitroglycerin. It is used as the propellant for firearms. It is very difficult to make it go bang, whether through deflagration or detonation.
Black powder has been used for the same purpose but now is more likely to be found in fireworks. More often than 'gunpowder', black powder will go bang.
Your firecracker contains flash powder. It is a low explosive (most of the time ;) ) that will not initiate a detonation. But that's okay because black powder doesn't detonate (unless it's in the right hands ;) ).
Your plan may work but it is overly costly, overly complicated and sadly underpowered. Making simple BP devices with your KNO3 will be much more rewarding.

Most H.E's won't go off if you drop them and are quite insensitive, TNT for example can be shot with a .30-06 without detonating, Primaries are the most dangerous part since they're extremely sensitive to shock, heat, friction and static electricity.

The can of lynx is a bad idea, It's metal so BP probably wouldn't burst it anyway and if it did, you'd have shrapnel, which is bad. How about a plastic peanut butter jar 3/4 filled with petrol? Drop a pill container full of black powder in it and set it off with an E-Match.

I put a can of lynx on a naked flame man and it heated up and nothing happened But then a split second later "BOOM" that bitch went bang and it blew the glass jar in half man. I took shelter behind the wall man

It was awesome.
