Why was it taken away in the first place? Was it just overused by too many people in the wrong situations, if there even is a wrong situation?

Fish, why all the stigma around fap? Just because some users spammed it a long time ago doesn't mean fap shouldn't get a second chance... I thought we were starting fresh?

I say lets bring it back, and if certain people fuck around with it, PM them asking them to stop, and if they don't restrict their use of it... Toss them in that user group for feature abusers and don't let em have privileges if they can't be adult about it and feel the need to put fap dudes everywhere. Don't let a few bad eggs ruin a lulzy smiley for everyone.

No. Like I said when it first became an issue a year and a half ago; I don't want to log on to Zoklet every day to see a bunch of smilies jacking off their cartoon dicks.

Seriously, it seemed like virtually every page contained at least 6 fap smilies.
