Discovery Channel and the Comedy Network. Sometimes the History Channel.
And I only watch TV maybe three hours a week.

HBO and Showtime if we're talking premium.

TVtropolis for Family Feud, Seinfeld and Cheers.
Discovery channel.

here in australia, i would reckon, my favorite cable channel is Boomerang.

though hardly anyone has cable TV here, so out of the free channels, mine is channel 7 or SBS (aka the free porn channel)

Discovery Channel and Animal Planet. Sometimes Scifi if they have one of their origional movies on. For something so stupid, some are pretty interesting.

There was something about a sea monster on scifi today, it was pretty good.

Since all the channel numbers changed over summer and I couldn't be fucked to relearn all of them, I pretty much just flip through until there's something that's not a commercial/gay, which ends up being discovery, comedy central, or sometimes tbs for seinfeld. Oh, and CN for adult swim, except on saturdays when it's all anime.
