Alright, this is really going out on a limb. I don't have much information on this film but I'll try to piece together what I remember.
For one, it was violent. The distinct scene I remember were these two people (I believe a male and female - I think the guy was black) they had just dropped a shit ton of cash on gearing up with sick white armor and huge guns. I think the guy had a chain gun or something. Anyways, they start battling with (don't remember) and end up getting murked. Area wise, I recall them battling up a massive cylinder shaft or maybe it was a bridge.
Fuck, I read this and realized how vague it is. Hopefully one of you anime buffs remembers what I'm talking about. It was well drawn and seemed somewhat new, though I havent seen it for probably over 5 years at least.
