Stupid bitch should not have called the cops in the first place.

The video won't load all the way for me, but what I did see what him telling her that he was going to walk her back to the car, and she was freaking out, yelling like all those nigrettes do.

In my opinion, if you're dealing with cops and you escalate things to the point where they have to use force, you deserve anything that happens to you thereafter (apart from beatings like Rodney King).

EDIT: Since it wouldn't load, I can't tell if she's actually black or not. I was going by her voice/attitude. But even if she's white, my statement still applies.

Totally the troopers fault. She may have pulled away, but that does not mean he should rip HER by her handcuffed arm towards a wall. If she was really resisting, then there are proper ways of restraining someone. Honestly though, he's much bigger than her, and could have easily escorted her to the car without much problem. Even if she were to resist.

99% of the time when people call the cops it's for a stupid reason and they could've handled the situation just fine on their own. You call the cops, people who have guns, but you can usually own a gun yourself unless you're in a really faggy country. I know several people that own machine guns of various types.

No, that's inexcusable. There's a big difference between detaining someone versus beating the shit out of someone. Regardless of whether or not the person was being non-compliant, if that person isn't physically threatening the officer then only the necessary use of force should be used to DETAIN the person. That right there was a cop who had a long day and got pissed off because the chick was being difficult.

Thats like beating the shit out of a little kid because he's refused your orders. She was clearly drunk and far weaker than the officer and therefore, was not in any way shape or form a threat. I can understand why cops are trigger happy because they have to deal with hundreds of shady people, everyday but a lot of them go too far, simply because it makes the job easier and a little more entertaining. He didn't have to beat her. He just chose to because he's an ass hat who shouldn't be a cop. Last I checked, they were in place to serve and protect.

You sir have a very skewed perception of reality and should never be responsible for anyone's life. That's a horribly immature and irresponsible response you just gave and because of that, you are a representative of the disease infested elements that exist within American Society. May god have mercy on your soul...

Hahaha that's a pretty hefty claim based on one opinion I have, bucko. I've been responsible for many many lives in my previous line of work (which was actually Law Enforcement. Go figure!) and they've all come out just fine. I've never hurt anyone unjustly, had complaints filed against me, or been under an IA investigation.

However, a lot of cops are like loaded guns. You play with them and test their limitations, expect bad things to happen. That's just how it is. It may not be right, and in a perfect world, they'd be calm and deal with every situation like a diplomatic little angel, but we don't live in a perfect world. You need to realize that they have their breaking points, just like everyone else.

EDIT: I finally saw the whole video. And yes, I agree that he could have restrained her in a much more professional fashion than throwing her into the wall. But what I said still stands. Cops are like loaded guns. Some are actually quite safe, while others can go off at any moment, which, again, in a perfect world, they would not be cops.

This would have never happened if she hadn't been in that situation in the first place.

Nice valid point. Its true that she shouldn't have been driving drunk, let alone resist an officer and not accepting the fact that she's a dumb bitch who did something wrong. Now, what if I don't agree with the system or a part of the system and I feel that my civil actions against the State are valid? What if a cop were to apply physical force on me and I felt that my life was in danger? Should I submit, or should I seek to defend myself, regardless of whether or not I would lose (because I know I would).

Ok fine they say she was sober but why would a sober person give the cops such a hard time?
She sounded shit faced to me.
Oh well I hope the cop gets fired and or gets anger management class.

When it comes to that extreme, of course you should stand your ground. If your life is in danger you should always protect yourself. But, as far as feeling that your actions were valid, fighting won't do any good. Wait until your day in court to prove your point. Fighting a cop is only going to get a definite sentence later on...not to mention quite a beating (most likely out of view of a dashboard cam) once he calls in for backup.

Dumbass cop. Someone should shoot that motherfucker in the dome, execution style and give his dead body over to some sicko-sodomite to play with.

There is no reason to ever be that physically rough (unless its consensual rough sex) with a lady. They are just too damned weak, its pitiful. That girl could probably try her damnedest to hurt that cop and he could just grab her arm and hold her back. At least that seems to be the case whenever I have seen a girl try to beat someones ass. The man can literally just hold them down/back/away and it is about as difficult as restraining a 12-14 year old boy.

I have had girls get really mad at me and I was just laughing because they are so pitifully weak, unless of course they take cheap shots (Nuts) or have a good weapon (Gun) or throw something heavy long range (Liquor bottle).
