This ebay seller is a total piece of work, and needs to be destroyed quickly and for good. Any serious ideas will be greatly appreciated.

the only way i could think of is to buy an item hes selling and then give him bad feedback but that would be a waste of money

or buy an item that has potential to be a knock off and file a claim and say its a bullshit product...like a fake dvd set or some shit...say it looks legit but its a knockoff...

Trace his or her IP address then meet up with them. Offer to go to a coffee shop and when they turn around cripple them with a ball pien hammer.

You could open up an ebay account, and make a huge bid on ALL their items. That would only serve as a minor impediment for their business though.

You have their address. Could just torch their house.

I tried that. I did however, tell them I would leave all positive feedbacks if they refunded me. They agreed, but told me to leave the feedback first. I told them if they didn't hurry, I was going to neg-feedback everything. Then the fuckers opened an unpaid item strike and got my account suspended.

However, since they did agree to the feedback fraud deal, Im going to bring that up to ebay. I think that might be enough to get them penalized.

If that fails, I'll somehow contact a Chinese gangbanger kid and have him torch the warehouse of the shithole company for a small sum.

I love how Frackle says "trace their IP". SO go on, do it for us retard you can't trace an IP, even LEs have trouble doing it with all that court order bullshit and ISP stalling. It's highly unlikely a fucking Zok would do it. Faggots get real stop bullshitting to look big. BE REALISTIC!!!!
