My man is a professional tattoo artist...He says the guy would have only had to have been hard during the stencil/drawing on process...not during the actual tattoo work.

Good thing...I don't have a penis or anything, but I imagine it wouldn't stay hard through tattooing, unless yeah..you get off on pain...

Well , you may be right.
but I have trimmed my nutsack hairs with electric clippers and yeow, a slight mis-step was painful.
I've no hairs growing off the head , so that is an unknown pain threshold area.
