Cardinals in the Super Bowl!

For anyone who is following American Football, the Cardinals are in the Super Bowl for the first time in franchise history.

They were hailed to be the WORST team in the playoffs ever, yet they pulled what, three upsets in the playoffs?

I'm in Arizona myself so obviously I'm rooting for them. My dad was one of the first games of the season in Phoenix and after they beat the 49ers he heard some fans chanting "Super Bowl! Super Bowl!" At the time, of course he thought it wouldn't happen but... hey, it's possible now :P

The Eagles sure weren't going down without a fight. They were able to come back from a 3 touchdown deficit to make it only by one point. If the Cardinals can do what they did in the first half of the championship in the superbowl, they might have a shot.

But I'm putting my money on the Steelers winning it...

I would like to see the Eagles win it, just because it would be sweet if Philly got another championship after their drought.


However, I'm gonna have to go with the Steelers as well.

Steelers ftw! I'm about as surprised as anyone that the Cardinals made it. I wasn't really even aware they existed until recently lol.

I thought the Eagles were gonna win that game. Oh well. Congrats to you Cardinals fans for makin it to the SuperBowl. Too bad you're against the Steelers... :cool:

I hate pittsburg hate hate hate..BUT..somehow I know in my mind they will win..they are good..although dirty as they are..

I want AZ to win, simply because I like seeing the underdogs win..gives me hope for the bengals one day...oh and anyone who is not pittzburg I want to win.. Cant have a drought forever though, it will rain one day..and hope it rains on AZ so they can pull this out of their ass.

the steel curtain is just way too fucking sick. i think kurt will get sacked 4 times. however the score will be close because i can see the pitt offense having a tough time establishing a running game. but overall i am expecting a good game. ending in a steeler's win.
