Jumping medical patients for weed

I'm posting this for SWIM. Anything mentioned in the quote below does not refer to myself, the poster, but SWIM instead.

I'm flying over to Cali for a personal visit, and I'd like to sample some of the weed there whilst I'm there. But considering the fact that I'm not a piece-of-shit American capitalist pig. Getting a medical card would be out of the question. (However, needing to have a card just to buy/smoke weed is a fucking stupid concept in itself)

So I came up with a scheme...

I was considering hanging about near dispensaries, maybe at a fast food place or cafe nearby to pass the time, these spots would also provide me with a clear view of the dispensary so I can observe who goes in and out of there. Once I see a suitable candidate walk out of one, I'll stalk them for a short while so that they're nowhere near the dispensary. And from there I'll knock them over the head with a blunt object to knock them out. However, when the time comes, I'm an experienced brawler. However, that shouldn't happen since Cali medical patients are scrawny liberal pussies.

From there I'll simply rob them of their weed and leave them there. Their well-being is none of my concern as they are going to die from a debilitating illness either way. If not, then they could just buy more weed.

SWIM would like to know if anyone sees anything wrong with his idea. He thinks that it's reasonably fail-proof since he won't be locally known. He also mentions that he will be appropriately dressed as to conceal his identity when he needs to.
