It was harvest time and well i did a quick flush of my plants by pouring about 12 liters of water through the soil while she was sitting in my sink.
Then 24 hours later i harvested and the bud is not far from being cured.
I fed my plants on Organic Miracle grow until the very end.
I was wondering if the buds are safe to smoke since there still might be miracle grow in the buds.
or would i be better of making edibles with this crop?

nah, don't worry about it. you might get a bit of an aftertaste, but it'll still be head and shoulders above anything you'd be buying most likely.

Did you use the soil mixes or the concentrate? I used the soil mixes and the results were phenominal, best I've ever had. There's nothing toxic in the organic soil mixes but IDK about the concentrate. Can't comment on the taste as I never got the chance :(
If it tastes like shit, it will impart that taste into whatever you cook, especially butter (butter will even absorb odors if improperly stored). I think there are other methods of extraction that will reduce that shitty taste, vaping, BHO, tinctures... I'd make a strong tincture for smaller doses if I get shitty tasting pot again instead of cooking butter, it's cheap and simple. Vegetable glycerine is an idea that's been floating around CC that I'd like to try.

slappy, so you did end up making the tincture?
my wife's taking a class in "herbal medicine" this quarter, and came home yeterday with a bunch of tincture recipes, though some won't work well for pot. Link me to the recipe you used>?

Not this harvest, I've gone through damn near all of it already (gave a bunch away to friends). I will go with the green dragon recipe though, I think soda will cover any nasty taste pretty well.
My budder tastes like shit, so I won't be using that method again. Gets me high though

if you like stuffing at all, that was a great use for it, soaked into the breadcrumbs so well no one could taste it at christmas.
