3 eggs
2 tsp yogurt (natural unsweetened)
1/2 cup milk (optional)
toast
The way i cook this is i heat the pan up alot and then turn it down alot/off once i put the eggs in.
I stir it imediatly for 10 seconds then leave it with the lid on until it starts to solidify.
When it starts i stir it a bit then fold it in closer together and cover it till its cooked amply.
edit: make sure its natural unsweetened

You put yogurt on your eggs????

Yoghurt? I'll have to try that.
My method is pouring the beaten egg and milk into a pan on medium heat and scraping at the edges when it starts to solidify, then turning the heat off completely when it's almost done.

I just crack a few eggs into a bowl and use a fork to scramble them up, then pour them onto a pan and push them around and chop em up until they're fluffy. No milk, no yogurt, just eggs.

I like to melt a bit of butter in a pan on medium heat, then pour in 3-4 eggs (unbeaten) with a tiny bit of milk.
I fold it really quickly and only cook it for a few frantic moments (taking it off the heat if it's getting away from you) so that it's still a bit runny and the eggs haven't mixed up into a single colour yet. Onto toast, salt and pepper and it's done.
I hate scrambled eggs that are dry and homogenous.

Pour eggs into pan, start on a nice high heat.
Break up and mix eggs in pan, constantly stiring.
Take off heat and stir still, the heat is retained in the pan, so they'll continue to cook when you remove them from the heat. Back on the heat, back off the heat, etc. This will help you to not overcook them.
Continue and take off the heat finally when they're just before that stage where they go solid. You don't want solid eggs, you want them nice and creamy. Add a spoon of Creme Fraiche into the eggs and mix in to cool them down and stop them from overcooking. Chop chives and stir in.
Serve on nice, thick, wheat toast or sourdough.
TIPS: Don't season before they're done. Salt will draw out moisture and if you add salt before they're cooked you'll end up with watery eggs.

besides frink, doesn't anyone else melt butter or something in the pan first before you put the eggs in? i would think they would stick to the pan and fuck shit up.
for some reason i've found it difficult to make fluffy, flavorable eggs like you'd get at a diner. i don't add milk...maybe that's why. but i've learned to (after melting some butter in the pan) cook them on a very very low heat, breaking them up, and adding some shredded cheese right at the end. but still, taste like bland eggs. so i eat them with syrup, haha.

Semantics.
I dont even own a whisk dudee, i use a fork i was refering to the process of whisking.
Though undoubtably a whisk is supperior.
But the process of whisking/scrambling is what defines scrambled eggs so i say whisking it alot is important.

I'm confused, seems like most people are talking about omelettes.

2 eggs, quarter of a cup of milk, plenty of salt and pepper. Melt a nice big chunk of butter in the pan before cooking.
On toast with HP sauce and sometimes a small amount of grated cheese on top.

Most people overcook their eggs and they turn out like broken omelettes. Scrambled eggs should be creamy and have a "liquid" like texture.

If I'm having scrambled eggs in a sandwich, I'll overcook the eggs slightly on purpose. I find it tends to stop the bread going soggy.

Use nice thick slices, toast them slightly?
Sour dough is good with scrambled eggs.
