The laundromat is real close to my cabin, and the other day my stuff was still arm when I got home.
When I took off my dirty jeans and slipped on a nice clean pair of flannel-lined hunting pants, the amount of sheer brute animal pleasure I took from that was quite remarkable.
Perhaps I have become more sensitive to subtle energies due to recent work with tai-chi and qigong. Or maybe it triggered some memories--as a kid, we lived full-time in a summer cottage along the Susquehanna River. In winter, my mom would warm up a flannel sheet on top of the space heater and bring it to me to wrap up in--one of the few times in my life as a child that I felt secure and loved.
