The line is not a scar, its living tissue. Before your XY boy chromosomes were used when making you, your body starting developing both a penis and a vagina, the line runs from the tip of your foreskin all the way down your shaft between your testicles on your scrotum down behind your scrotum all the way to your anus, this is because if your chromosomes had been XX girl you would of developed Labia the lips of the vagina, so this is a reminder of that. if you accidentally cut it while shaving it will grow back, and your penis would of stopped developing and become a clitoris, instead you grew a penis and a scrotum:lsd:
