So I love his books, but I'm 15, still a bit but don't really give a fuck.
He wrote: The Saga of Darren Shan, The Demonata series, and The Thin Executioner.

So what's your opinions?

I don't think I've heard of the guy. What's his genre? What do you love about his books?

Same young vampire but it isn't really twilightish at all. When he was first starting out he came and gave a talk at my school, so I have some of his first copies signed. Stopped reading after like number 6.

Edit - I've only read some of the saga of Darren Shan ones so I dont know what his other series are like.

It's horror but not trying to be scary, more entertaining fantasy.
It's enthralling, I'm always so engaged when I read one of his books.

Actually an amazing series he wrote was The City, this is more mystery genre.
Procession of the Dead, Hell's Horizon and City of Snakes.
These are easily some of the best books I have ever read, in my opinion.
They're strange, but great.
