Let me upload photos directly to my threads

Its such a hassle trying to post pics for my hitching trips from my itouch. I have to upload them individually to photobucket and then link in my thread with an image tag. Hassle!

Well, we have Picture & Albums (http://www.zoklet.net/bbs/album.php), but I guess that's now what you're looking for.

I guess the only real down-side of allowing uploads in posts is people will upload shit Zoklet wouldn't want on its servers. As it is now Picture & Albums is moderated and Post uploads would probably have to be moderated as well, which wouldn't show you the image instantly, only when a Mod approves it...

Honestly the moderate-pictures method seems stupid, just infract/ban the idiots who'll most definitely upload PI, gore, cp, etc and delete the images. : /

Maybe have a completely separate group of mods to mod the photos. Possibly get one chance and once you upload an illegal picture, you're banned? It's not like someone can "mess up" and accidentally upload CP or something

Yeah, I can't thing of how many times I had an epic pic and couldn't find a reliable place to upload it without breaking some ToS :(.

You can. Go to your CP, find Picture & Albums on the left side, make a new album and upload the pics. Shoot me a PM when you're done uploading them all so I can go to the moderation panel thing and approve 'em. :thumbsup:

Can you fix it so I can approve my own pics? I have no interest in uploading anything undesirable.

Idky why we don't have "thread attachments" like they do on other forums...you can just attach the pic straight to the thread and upload it.

Also you can set it so only registered members can see the pictures...therefore making people register and log in to see thread attachments.
