Man, cases like this are tough. Yeah, sure, he's a sick fuck. But that doesn't exactly mean he is or isn't going to touch a kid. They should give him 5 years of therapy instead of prison time. He's going to come out in 15 years and be pissed off at the system. He'll be more likely to rape and kill someone....

Yeah hes a really cool guy. Played a lot of video games, has a girlfriend, and was always really laid back at work.
I hope he doesn't get too long in prison...
It pretty much stated in the article that he would get MINIMUM 5 years per possession and a maximum of 40 years. He's looking at a minimum of 15 years since he has 3 counts of possession, unless he can get a really good lawyer. This guy's life is FUCKED.

I think it's technically considered child porn.. but I think usually when child porn is mentioned it's referring to the sick fucks doing shit with kids.. like I'm guessing 12 or under is what most people would mean.. but it is illegal to view anyone under 18.. or to upload it to the internet or to download it. Clicking on a thumbnail on motherless and then realizing "wow, this jail bait may actually really be jailbait.. not 18 year olds that look younger, should NOT be considered watching child porn or being a pedo. Any guy that has never seen a gorgeous fully developed 16 year old and found them hot is lying. It takes a bold person to admit it in real life, but I'll say it. The age of consent is 14 in Ontario, but I'd never go after anyone under than 17.. I probably wouldn't normally do that because I'm less attracted to immature girls, but there are some 16-17 year olds out there that put pics online on purpose so people with jack off to them. I don't see anything wrong with viewing that, not that I would ever do it intentionally because I'm a good guy and don't want to get in shit.. the worst type of shit you could get in. There's enough good porn out there that no one should feel the need to risk what could potentially happen from viewing underage porn.
I could see maybe if you went for a site that said "All underage girls" and you knew it was illegal, but some of that shit on motherless looks lot and when you watch it you kind of think "You know.. they're probably not quite 18." I think there's a big difference between that and looking at 5 year olds.. or even 11-12 year olds. The guys after that shit are the real sick fucks that could be a threat to children.

Oh shit, it was per possession? That's pretty damn fucked up, and I definitely don't see how he deserves 5 fucking years, just for getting his jollies off to some underage videos. It's not like he personally violated the kids. Regardless of how you feel about people viewing these sorts of things, 5 years PER POSSESSION is just ridiculous.

Got no love for idiots who know the feds are serving them the pedo pr0n from their database of confiscated material (honeypot) and then grab their IP and track them down within a blocks distance. Then you could give the feds the finger as they arrest you knowing they'll never have substantial evidence to convict you of CP and you'll only spend a year in jail/prison for not giving them the key (securely delete it).

It won't help his condition, that's for damn sure. LOL@ chomos who do their time in general population... so desperate for human interaction they'll take a beating over isolation :thumbsup: everybody wins.
Also, not worried about who or what he rapes when he gets out of prison, it sure as fuck won't be in my neighborhood.
