I used to lie way more, but before it was forced and awkward. (Constantly trying to keep up with it) I've become so good at it now, it's all so natural. If you lie enough you might even start thinking it's true, which is very important in looking sincere. Kind of like how Christians lie to themselves about god to feel happy, same idea.

And I know my limits to. I also learned telling half-truths is much better, also known as exaggeration.

what about you faggots?

I would lie to stay out of jail, but that's about it. I make a point of telling the truth--life is easier that way.

Plus it freaks people out.

I hate lying, unless its for my parents, I won't bother with other people. Plus, its hard to keep track of lies sometimes.

Most days, nothing major though...I'll lie to end a shit conversation, to quickly resolve drama, to make someone feel better about themselves.

I don't recall lying for my own gain (eg financial, self esteem).

I believe that I am a pretty convincing liar, I pick up on someone lying pretty much straight away. I've known a person that was employed to lie (pretending he was someone he wasn't).
