Hello! This thread is to help everyone share what they know about certain breeds of dogs. Here you can tell us a little about a breed or mixed breed you know about, ask questions about various breeds, and maybe get some help in finding the right breed for you!

NOTE: SHARP, how does that look? I can always add more if it needs more detail. I am going to write up a breed summary or two withing the next few days to serve as an example.

What sort of mix do you guys think this dog is? He's about 60-65 pounds.

He looks like he has the face of a pitbull, or something along those lines, and the body shape of a lab.

I've had multiple people say that, and I can see the lab, but I just can't figure out how he looks like a pit bull.

How does it look? It looks like the most stickied thread since Sticky the stick insect got stuck on a sticky bun...

I don't see the resemblance. I think he looks more like a chow because of his color, and the fact that he's pretty wrinkly. You can see it a little bit in the second picture.

I once saw a thread in Love Lust etc that said "I am more virgin than the virgin mary" then someone replied "buy a dog" lol

lol my parents have this chocolate half mini, half toy poodle. Its pretty awesome.

I've been looking into getting a Saarlooswolfhond. But, on some of the pictures I've seen of them, they have really puffy eyelids. I don't like really puffy eyelids.

Is this some sort of health problem? Is it a genetic trait? What can I look for to avoid picking out a puppy that will have really puffy eyelids?

That is a really beautiful breed!

I did some searching on google, and the only thing i found about them and this eyelids is this thread. It didn't look to me like their eyelids were overly puffy, but if you think so and noticed it on most of the dogs of that breed you have seen you may be out of luck. It is probably a genetic thing, nothing came up otherwise on google.
