It's very weak, not worth anyone's time considering there are other better alternatives out there.

Acne so bad your face might literally explode! Heh, find some product that contains it in high concentration and devise a way to extract it. Make sure to keep it very cool if you try that so you don't destroy it all. Pesky peroxides are notorious for breaking down in warm temperatures.
