Viability of a "glasgow smile"

If done medically, and cauterized correctly (Not together, but kept separated and not allowed to heal to each other), what are the downsides of having the side of your mouth cut open?

I assume eating and drooling would be a pain, but beyond that I can't really tell

I am also talking about a professional procedure, not a stunt you pull with your buddies and a pocket knife.

it are you able to move them independently?? So think that you would end up with the

bottom half of the cut sagging down as it has nothing to support it. Also you would

I personally believe that they are too difficult to control to have a decent outcome unless you want dots or you whole eyeball another color. Although, I wouldn't mind black but I doubt I'd risk my vision for it.

Also, I was thinking of Kakihara when I asked this question, so the rings in question would be fairly viable, and part of the original statement, although committed.

Covering up scars and gashes is easy work. Of course it won't look perfect, might look like slight scarring, but you could definitely hide it for the most part when you want to.
