Shooting off fireworks off bridges in front of Expressways directed at traffic

This is something I just remembered from a discussion from some people. Have any hell raisers done this? As in, waited until dusk or dawn during rush hour, put a bunch of bottle rockets at an angle ow 20* to 45* from the bridge so they shoot towards the traffic, and just shot them off to see what happens? Or the same with roman candles or whatnot? I just thought of this and I wonder if the rotteneggs people (Anyone remember them) have thought of this or if that was in the old totse textfiles?

My buddy tied a molotov to a string, lowered it in front of a train tunnel, and waited on the train. It looked sweet and no one was hurt. Unfortunately it was before everyone had cameras, which is why you should do that instead and tape it.

One time this kid named Swim (who names their kid Swim?) put an artillery shell in this other kids mailbox, blew that shit up, then proceeded to drive through down town Nashville at 2am on the 5th of July poppin off bottle rockets at random people and vehicles. Few thought they were being shot at and hit the deck like scared little bitches.

He didn't throw them at the homeless, though. That would be a pretty douchey thing to do.
