So I've been watching his show on FOX recently, and I really like this guy.
He's one of the few guys out there who really makes sense.
What do you guys think?

I agree, Glenn Beck has the only political show that i can stand to watch. Have you read his book?
also, what did you think about the 9.12 Project?

I disagree with him on a handful of points, but we agree on the most important parts: government is best when small, limited economic meddling, and strict adherence to the Constitution.
On top of that, his smartassery is always entertaining. He'd be fun to have a beer with.

I haven't seen too much on the 9.12 project other than the basics. It seems pretty good and it seems like the types of things that our legislators really need to think about and follow especially in times like these.
As far as his book goes, I'm currently too busy reading all the shit my teacher assigns, but when I get a chance it's certainly something I'd love to read.

I think he's either a complete phony in it for the money or one of the greatest IRL trolls in the U.S.

Sure is circle jerk in here.
I find it difficult to take the guy seriously. I mean, when I watched the 912 episode, I wanted to push my palm through my face. Seriously, "America is good?" We are not some theocratic force that can do no wrong.

America is a purdy little angel with a bright little golden halo on top of its pretty little head. we can never do any wrong. wink wink
I've recently started watching his show, and it's good to see that someone out there shares my dread that America as anyone ever knew it may be ending right before our eyes forever. It's good to see someone willing to state the obvious but horrible truth.
That said, I dunno, the guy seems nervous, unprepared, and extreme. He's not funny, he's not interesting, and he isn't impressive overall to me. At least he's better than Sean Hannity (who might as well be some kind of plastic Pez dispenser for how real he comes off both with his presentation and his substance).
I'm tired of people like Glenn Beck and Sean Hannity and Bill O'Reilly. I want someone who can give a conservative spin to the news who is not a cartoon character, someone who you could be proud to name as a source of information (like the late Paul Harvey, for example.)
Guys like Glenn Beck are not going to get the message he's trying to send across to enough people for it to matter. I'm waiting for that one person who can. When that person shows up, then things will finally get interesting.:D

I have to agree. All of the poor attempts at jokes just alienate people. Someone who is concise, honest, and focused could bring in a lot more people that don't already agree with him. Hannity is so biased that even when I agree with what he's saying 100% (which isn't often) I have to go, "My god, do I really support that??? Hannity makes it sound so cheapened and partisan." Beck is a lot better, but he's still like the ADD kid that you made the mistake of letting into Government 101.
And Limbaugh I'm going to refrain from mentioning.
What all those guys fail to realize is that acting like pompous assholes just alienates anyone who would potentially want to join their movement.

When I watch news, I want it to inform me, not lie to my face by burying the message in rhetoric.
