Here's my suggestions for what to do with mods and rules

1) Overhaul the mods. We all know there's a lot here who suck balls and should not be in charge of a chicken, let alone a forum.

2) Replace these mods with sensible, competent mods who don't pursue personal grudges or throw their toys out the pram the first time they're insulted.

3) replace all rules with the one following rule:

"Don't be a dick".

It'd work perfectly with the right mod teams in place. The only people who would be infracted are those who are being dicks and everyone would agree cos it's blatant when someone is out of order and needs to be slapped back into place.

Conversation would flow, discussion would flow, there'd be more respect between members.
