When wearing Oxford style shoes, where the end position of the laces is within the shoe, so to speak, what does one do with the laces? Especially when the shoe is a tight fit in the first place?

It seems darn near impossible to actually tie them.

Make longer laces out of some twine or acu camo paracord.
