Just be real quick and don't get ahead of yourself. Also, don't go "house to house". Skip a few in between to save time, and so there is less chance of the next vic hearing the earlier tires popping.

Yeah, i'm not gonna go around slashing innocent people's tires. That'd be a dick move. I'm only gonna do it to people I dislike.

I know this is gonna sound vague, but they make a decently loud noise. Just be quick and by the time anyone realizes you'll be long gone.

Unscrew the valvestem cover, put a pebble under it. The tire will then go flat with no lasting damage.
