Hey I am planning on buying creatine.
I have just finished my first tub.
This was the one i bought.

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Bronx-Wild-Bull-100-Micronised-Creatine-Monohydrate-1k_W0QQitemZ230330702710QQcmdZViewItemQQptZAU_Exer cise_Accessories?hash=item230330702710&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=66%3A2|65%3A1|39%3A1|240%3A1318

I bought it from the exact same seller, I look on his store and I see this:

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Bronx-Wild-Bull-Tri-Creatine-Malate-500g_W0QQitemZ230330702342QQcmdZViewItemQQptZAU_Ex ercise_Accessories?hash=item230330702342&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=66%3A2|65%3A1|39%3A1|240%3A1318

Both the same brand and roughly the same price.
Yet the second one basically says that the first one is shit in comparison.
Is this true, no loading no bloating, ect.
I am not believing because of the price.

One is monohydrate and the second is malate.

The companies make up new creatines then market them as "the best thing since 'roids" when they are merely versions of the first one, creatine monohydrate. It is all a marketing scheme.

I would stick with the one you bought. It's the kind of creatine I have always used, it is the original creatine that is scientifically proven to work, and it works very well.

I also never understood the "no bloating, no loading" thing. I never bloat when using creatine, and you don't HAVE to load with monohydrate, it just works better if you do.

just use monohydrate. Stuff actually works and costs like 8 cents a dose or something ridiculously cheap. The other stuff tends to be much more expensive.

Agreed, stick to the tried and true monohydrate. Hands down best bang for the buck. Other's are just over priced gimmicks with a lot of unknowns.
