1. Breakfast:
8 egg whites (50g protein)
2 cups brown rice
fruit
2. Second breakfast (usually post-workout meal):
Liquid amino acids (30g protein)
50g whey isolate shake
fruit
3. Lunch:
8 egg whites (50g protein)
2 cups brown rice
4. Second lunch
50g whey isolate shake
5. Dinner is always up for grabs.
6. Dessert:
Protein bar (20g protein)
Fruit
7. If I'm still awake late at night I have trail mix.
So I'm eating about every 2-3 hours and getting in 300g of protein throughout the day. I also make sure I drink about 1-2 gallons of water throughout the day as to not damage my kidneys with that kind of protein intake.
I also have an uncontrollable sweet tooth so I tend to eat candy bars, cakes, and cookies sometimes.

I don't have a clear diet.
5 whole eggs breakfast, a gallon of milk a day, chicken, tuna, beef, whatever I get my hands on.
It works well, at any rate.
Feeding on a budget sucks. :(

Yeah it does man. 18 eggs cost about $3, my whey is $60 for an almost 3 month supply, and rice might cost like $4 for a big bag? My parents front most of the grocery bills though. I just buy my eggs, rice, and protein so I don't eat all their shit. I'm lucky enough to let me live under their roof after all the shit I've done.
If you couldn't figure out by looking at my diet I eat no meat so that saves some $.
It isn't that unhealthy of a diet because the egg whites have little fat and cholesterol in them, and brown rice is very high in complex carbs and fiber.

Isn't it dangerous to eat 16 eggs day? Y'know, cholesterol and that shit. Although I don't have any right to be ranting about dangerous food cuz I smoke and drink too much so bleh.

All the cholesterol and most of the fat is in the yolk, and I eat only the white part. Also, a large majority of the protein is in the white. I usually buy egg whites in a container so I know how much protein I'm getting.

I eat pretty much anything and everything whenever I get hungry. Sometimes I'll eat the most fattiest foods if I'm running out of energy.
Third world genetics + training for a marathon + weightlifting = it is very hard for me to gain weight.

Yeah, your diet sounds good.
But the whole eggs aren't as bad as you think, if you want I can find some articles about dietary cholesterol vs blood cholesterol and you'll see it's not related.

It's because of the marathon.
Aerobic+anaerobic= not much gain.

Seems pretty solid man. However, a lot of it depends on your activity levels and such, and what your fitness goals are. What kind of exercise/sports do you do? Do you have any fitness goals? What are you planning to achieve?

my goal is to lose around 8 pounds and tone up. i get around 45 min of activity twice a week. not much but i will increase it when more time is at my expense. i may get a push up reggamine going as well. a few hundred push ups a day. also running a mile or two around 4 days a week.

Sounds like you're on the right path then man. Keep up the good work and you'll definitely reach your goals.
I don't know about doing that many push-ups daily though. That much work might end up hurting you, i.e. over training. Your body won't be able to repair itself before the next workout, and this will eventually take its toll on your body. Is there any way you can get into weight training? I could probably find a good sample work-out program for you. I'll look into body weight programs and see what I can find for that as well.

I'm such a scavenger. I'm like a fucking raccoon. My diet changes DRASTICALLY from week to week. I eat whatever I can get my hands on.
Sometimes I survive on pizza pockets. Other times I eat high quality steak and tons of fruit. I eat as much as I can, of whatever I can.

I could really use some critiquing. My diet is as follows:
Breakfast
two whole scrambled eggs
one piece of whole wheat toast w/ butter
large smoothie consisting of yogurt, milk, strawberries, one banana
Lunch
1/2 cup brown rice
1 boneless skinless chicken breast, baked
a large portion of steamed broccoli w/ lots of butter
a glass of milk if I have it
Dinner
Large bowl of Penne /w tomato sauce
two slices of whole wheat toast
glass of milk if I have it.
As far as exercise I usually walk everywhere and I lift every other day or sometimes I'll double up if my arms feel good.

I tend to try to stick to these, althoguh I do mix them around a bit:
Breakfast: eggs, wholegrains (toast, oatmeal, etc), fruit, water, maybe some ham/bacon. Milk.
Lunch: wholegrain pastas, fruit, chicken, fish, turkey, green veggies. Usually combined into a turkey sammich with trimmings with a banana. Milk.
Dinner: Chicken breast, fish, brown rice, wholegrain pasta, brocolli, sprouts, cabbage, spinach, Tuna steaks etc.
Snacks: Nuts, fruit.
I tend to stick to that when I can afford it. I eat about 3-4 times per day depending how much exercise I've done.

To be quite honest I don't see anything wrong with your diet if you are an average, athletic person.
I'm trying to be Mr. Olympia, not your average Joe, so my diet is much much different than yours. :D
Toothlessjoe's diet looks fairly healthy too.
So far everyone that posted a serious diet plan is doing really well in my opinion. I was expecting more, "cereal, pizza, hot pockets, cheeze-its, soda, etc." to be quite honest!

Well today I had:
Breakfast -about 3 bowls of special K
Snack - Smoothie (2 kiwi's, orange, half a tin of mixed fruit - usually have about 5 fruit per smoothie but I've a cold and am pretty miserable today:()
Lunch - 2x Chicken Tikka sandwich
Dinner - Cornflakes + grapes
Footy training messes up my dinner always. Usually for dinner I'd have something like bacon, chicken etc
I'm really fussy when it comes to food so that limits my diet something serious. I'm also off takeaways (haven't had one since mid january) and chocolate/sweets etc for lent, which is going ok, but I do get cravings :D
