I don't think RFID is widely used in USA.

The cryptography involved with RFID credit cards, unless they were designed by brain-damaged nigger-monkeys, should be such that you cannot recover the card info without the bank's private key...

I thought that the credit cards had to come really close to the reader in order for the reader to register the info.

Make a bigger reader antenna?

I've certainly seen HID door RFIDs, which are in a similar form factor, being read from 10 feet....

I think with RFID skimmers you can get the credit card number and that it, no cvv, name or anything. And with just that its fucking pointless.

Lol ,In the video there is no way they where getting CC details.

Cloning requires a good mifare setup with a reader & writer attached to a pc/laptop or betbook.

You use rfid idiot and a supported rfid reader/writer
you read the CC ,decrypt it then you need to emulate & clone.

It can be done if you have time ,money and are willing to learn. Then you need blank rfid mifare cards + card printer then you can go shopping in stores :D

Didnt watch the video. If what youre doing is cloning the rfid chip Im not sure that would be too successful because I believe there is a limit as to how much you can buy with the rfid. Most stores will have you swipe and sign for bigger stuff. I heard somewhere that the max in lots of stores using a rfid card is $50. Although if you find a store(s) without a limit and lax security it could be a goldmine.

Sorry but please stop talking shit. You have no idea what you're talking about.

Even if the data is encrypted, you don't need to decrypt it to write it back onto a card - you simply write it as it appears, so it doesn't make a difference if it's encrypted or not. The only advantage in this case to it being encyrpted is that you would'nt be able to see the card info in plain text which isn't really that advantageous anyway nowadays.

Secondly, the way you're describing cloning rfid is complete bullshit. You don't need a laptop in a bag or a "good setup". You can easily make a skimmer that dumps the info onto and sd card if you have any knowledge of electronics. Then all you need is to get the info off the sd card, plug the antenna into your computer and rewrite the data onto a new card - it's that simple.

This whole process doesn't even cost that much either. So next time you talk about something, don't give people false information just to look cool
