I am taking a creative writing class and I have the rough cut of a story but need further details to make it seem as REAL as possible.

Part of the story involves a character who has issues such as bi-polar, depression and binge drinking. Not a great combo.

She calls off work for multiple days in a row, all related to above issues but does not have health insurance. This makes it VERY expensive for her to get proper treatment.

So in the story she fakes a doctors excuse that looks authentic and can hold up to the scrutiny of a possible follow-up call to the 'doctor' by her employer.

What's the best way for her to do this? Certain pay websites? A template printed out and a friend's number?

This is VERY IMPORTANT, my story is due on Monday.

Really? No replies but two threads by the same guy in hot topics about his limp dick?

Try using photoshop if you can't then find someone who can. I'd make you one but I just got high as hell and now don't feel like doing shit.

Some people need their fucking jobs because they have bills to fucking pay and they have no other choice because of legal reasons.

My guess is that most people who need their fucking job doesn't miss work because they are off binge drinking and then have to figure out a good way to LIE to their employer about their whereabouts on the day where they should have been working.

Anyway.. that's just a guess of what I figured someone who really needed to pay the bills and really needed that job would not be doing those things.

Oh ... but the depression. Totally justified. You should try cutting, or your friend should. It helps because "they need to cut themselves to FEEL" or some shit. g'luck with your note.
