Who enjoys this fantastic condiment?
It makes everything better.

Love it with a good shrimp cocktail. Ketchup, hot horseradish, a bit of Worcestershire, a bit of lemon juice, and a dash or two of black pepper. Excellent.
Rarely enjoy it with other stuff, though, unless I get finely cooked Rocky Mountain Oysters filleted, breaded, and deep fried. I prefer tartar sauce for fish & chips, and generally don't use a dipping sauce on other types of fish or shellfish (butter notwithstanding).

Very nice with crayfish and rocket in a sandwich.

I make my own, I hate having to pay for it.

I make my own as well. The store bought stuff usually leaves much to be desired.

^ sriracha is really bloody nice, a bit like sweet chilli sauce but more savoury. There's a cheap thai restaurant that I go to sometimes that does massive prawns with the stuff.
As for 'Cock sauce' - Wiki says it's made by Huy Fong Foods and only available in the US.

cock sauce is rooster sauce, rooster sauce is siracha, siracha is choice.

Yes, well, I'd have just called it by name so as to avoid confusion.
But yes...I dig Siracha sauce.
