I can't imagine you enjoying it too much. It's one of those things that you had to have seen as a kid to really get into -- and I think that's largely why so many Star Wars fans hated the new ones so much. They saw that it was basically a series of crappy kiddie fantasy flicks, and this couldn't possibly measure up to something that thrilled you for your entire childhood.

I thought that Star Wars a good series but the cult nerd following is just to much for me.

That kind of amazes me that you have never seen Star Wars yet even though that it has been on TV countless times before. Hell I have seen catwoman On Fx and that movie was dildoes

star was IV is made of pure win. V and VI are also good. episode I is shite, II is good and III is okay, maybe.

but episode IV is win. everyone should watch this movie.

Start from Episode I - and don't be discouraged by how bad the first three are, just force yourself to sit through them and when you get to Episode IV it'll become worthwhile.

when i first watched 4, 5, and 6, i thought it was a generic series. i thought 1, 2 and 3 were quite exciting, but nothing great.

but after you watch all of them, then rewatch episode 4, youll realise how awesome it is

Episode 3 could've been the best thing ever, but shitty actors ruined it imo.

I am a gigantic Star Wars fan.
I just got my girlfriend to watch them all for the first time. We watched all six within a week.
We watched them in chronological order, I thought that she would understand it better. To my surprise she absolutely loved them. I was so happy.
All my friends were shocked that I even started dating a girl who hadn't seen them.
