Two Morris County men were so proud of pulling off a UFO hoax that they chronicled it in an online magazine.
But the Morris County prosecutor regarded the stunt as a threat to aviation and last night said he was filing disorderly person charges against Chris Russo, 29, and Joe Rudy, 28.
The arrest of Russo and Rudy is not the first time someone in Morris County has been charged with posing a threat to aviation.
In January 2005, a Parsippany man was arrested in two incidents in which a laser beam was pointed at aircraft, one a private plane approaching Teterboro Airport and at a Port Authority helicopter two nights earlier.
David Banach, 38, was charged with violating a provision of the Patriot Act that makes it illegal to interfere with the operator of a mass transportation vehicle.

I hope trying to debunk other peoples beliefs in UFO's is worthing facing charges for these two.
