We discussed having avatars be available to members. It was decided that they will (for the time being) be made available in the same manner as custom user titles via contests and other administrator-run activities.
Guidelines for giving infractions/warnings were re-iterated. No rules were changed, but everyone was reminded of how things should go down. Moderators were reminded of the ability to give "warnings" rather than infractions.
We had a party. There was cake.
The "report post" function was discussed, and then disabled due to abuse. If you want to report something, you'll have to PM a moderator about it.
We talked about adding/re-arranging moderators in certain sections. I'll be helping out in a few sections as well (officially and un-officially) as some moderators are experiencing increased workload irl. Also, some of the forums with MIA moderators were discussed; all forums now have active moderators.
Threats were discussed. No definite resolution has been reached yet, but the old totse rule was that "threats are considered imminent plans," which means they would fall under the "organizing criminal activity" infraction.
We discusses PM spam. If you are being PM spammed by another user, notify an administrator.
