Imagine you had some card details that have everything except the expiry date, what to do? Could one just guess, going up the date until it goes through or would the bank close the card down?

Um if one had the card, their are easier ways than decoding the magnetic strip to find out the expiration date, like look at the actual card lol ... You get an A for effort though STD

Search for the person and place a phone call claiming to be from the bank, read out their account number or card number or whatever so they "know" you're "legit", then ask them to confirm the expiry date so you can confirm that it is actually them. Or rather, do that the other way around. Then make up some bullshit about calling to verify account security. Social engineering :thumbsup:
