best possible way to remove a mole w/ minimal scarring? saw some guy used a rusty razor blade which was funny as hell.
any possible cheap, diy yourself procedures? I remember removing one a few years ago simply by sratching it off. hurt like hell but it was halfway off anyway so I figured why not.

tie something round it and cut off blood flow it falls off soon
I think Reinvent yourself (Carved out of wood) is more suited than this forum.
Feel free to move it to the trashcan if it's not.
If the mole's on the face I would save up and go for laser/some sort of cosmetic procedure. You don't want to mess up your face.

Open the freezer and stick your face to it. The ice will freeze the mole off and after an hour of waiting you can proceed to melt the ice. The mole will leave a mark, but that will heal.

More like 'Bad Ideas'. Messing with moles can be dangerous if you don't know what you are doing, and can lead to permanent scarring and even skin cancer.
Probably best left to the professionals.

But if you know what you're doing, it isn't dangerous.
Permanent scarring is a small possibility and cancer is an even smaller possibility, you're main concern is the itching sensation caused after removal, as you skin is pretty sensitive there.
Of course it's always best to leave it to eh professionals, but it's a huge waste of money if you can do it for free.
I know for a fact the freezer method works. It takes a long time, but it's better than working like a dog to pay off medical bills.

I'm all for DIY and saving cash. But anything surgical is not the right thing to skimp on.

I shaved a small mole of my chin before and it wouldn't stop bleeding no matter what. I ended up putting the piece of mole back on the wound and a band-aid over it. Sounds rediculous but nothing would stop it from bleeding. Also, it reattached.
But if you know what you're doing, it isn't dangerous.
OP obviously doesn't know what he's doing, or he wouldn't be asking on here...

When he gets facial frostbite at least he'll know who to sue.
