What Anime's do you watch?

I personally am new to the whole Anime scene and would like some reccomendations. I already watch Bleach and am thinking about watching some other ones (Soul Eater mainly).

It's pretty good but you must have already seen this. I also watch Welcome to the NHK but that gets old quick. Try taking a step back and watching old series, imo some of the newer ones are drawn well but the characters lack substance.

I always wind up going back to the old stuff. New series just...don't do it for me a lot of the time. Ghost in the Shell, Outlaw Star, Tenchi Muyo, Cowboy Bebop, Blue Submarine #6...a lot of these have been my favorites for well over a decade.

The most recent ones I've enjoyed lately are Stein's Gate and Durarara!! Currently watching Nisemonogatari.

My all time faves are Gintama, Samurai Champloo, Steins;Gate and Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni.

I reckon Samurai Champloo is good to start off with. It doesn't follow a strict plot, and you can watch it relaxingly. It's also a good length so you don't get bored, 26 eps.

My recommendation list. Take them roughly in this order from top to bottom. There's lots of entertaining anime out there, those are just titles that pop off my head trying to think of stuff I really enjoyed that I'd watch again.
