Whats some supplements yall have used and had luck with?

Id rather not get involved with stimulants but thers gotta be alternatives, metabolism increase, fat blocker etc?

I can do cardio and work out but I can never eat the right food.

Ripped Tabs by IDS build muscle and melt fat... but doesn't sound like its up your alley.
Seriously though, if your nutrition isn't right, it doesn't matter what you take, you'll pay to lose the fat and as soon as you are done supplementing, it will all come right back if you don't change your diet.

An effective alternative to supplementing and a great way to still let yourself eat shit food is a classic body building method for building lean mass while burning fat. You go on a 5 day cycle, and in the first 4 days you eat high protein and low carbs. On the 5th day you eat high carbs and high protein. This is the original diet that Dr. Atkins and his 'esteemed' colleagues derived there expensive, unhealthy and ineffective diet from.

The body is capable of adapting to pretty much anything you throw at it, and we are creatures of habit. If you lower your carb intake, you'll lose a lot of weight initially, but then your body will get used to it and look to your muscles and other areas for alternate fuel sources and the fat will come 'rolling' back on. The 5 day cycle keeps your metabolism guessing, and makes it nearly impossible for it to adapt.

Also... you can still eat mcdonalds 20% of the time! (or whatever it is you enjoy =P)

There isn't really a quick fix, unless you're gonna get into ephedrine etc. But that's not really a supplement.

Caffine helps your body dip into its fat stores for energy sooner. But you still have to get off your ass and actually start burning calories.

Slowburn is right. lipo6 is what i use results are great.but here are some pointers so you dont waste your money.

-there is no such thing as a pill that BURNS fat. they only help you by suppressing appetite(helps the most in my opinion), increasing metabolism and energy.

-fat is fat and muscle is muscle. i get sick and tired of people saying no-xplode and such supplements turn fat into muscle because it is impossible.

-i have been taking lipo6 for about 3 days now, and so far i have lost 3-4 pounds. i run at LEAST a mile every day and sometimes i lift a little bit. you just have to get in a good workout.

-7 day cleanse. i cant say anything about it because i have never tried it. but it is supposed to clean out wastes in your colon and you are supposed to lose 5-15 pounds.it sounds pretty good though

-i have tried a lot of methods to losing weight, and shit just doesnt work. lipo6 seems to be working so far, and for me it doesnt have any side effects so i would have to recommend it to you.

Good luck, while sounding like a smart ass, i have gave you a little information on how to cut weight using weight loss supplements

Regardless of whether or not you like to hit the weights or would rather do cardio (one or the other will be necessary for any supplement to be effective) you will have to make sure that you do it with high intensity. If you hit the weights do high reps of low weights, and put exercises together into supersets without any breaks. If you try out cardio, sprinting is the most effective method for weight loss, because the metabolic increase from the high intensity can last for up to a day or so after you finish your run, whereas if you just do a slow jog, your heart rate never really increases enough to do anything noticeable.
Sprint twice a week, go as far as you can, rest a minute and do it again. Try for 5 sets to start. I'd say hit the weights at least twice a week as well, even if it is only for 30 minutes.
