I think I've figured it out:

1. Most of them are fat.

Most likely it's because of the image in Africa where everybody is starving. They don't like the image being portrayed with starvation and dehydration, so they eat up as much food as they can, just so they can change the stereotype. They don't want to live through the same experiences their ancestors did and still do. Being fat is a way for them to say, "Nuh uh, we ain't starvin' broke motherfuckers."

2. Most of them want to be rich.

Most likely it's because of the economic problems in Africa, and the history behind slavery. Africa is very poor, and that makes most Africa-Americans want to disconnect themselves from this stereotype. Not only were black people slaves in the past, they had very little fortune to pass on to their children. When they were sold off to slave masters. This is a multi-century image that has plagued black history. I think that's why being rich is a way for them to display their insatiable desire for ambition, because they came from the bottom. Also, there's a lot of anger built in caused by the slave trade injustices, so it makes sense that the American Dream is how they redeem themselves.

A person is affected by its environment, at the beginning when it's a fetus. So when you're a pregnant slave working all day and night, your baby is going to feel the stress. If someone is a slave, it's very likely that he won't be able to support his children. It's going to leave a bad taste. I think we still see a small scale of this as most African-Americans have trouble supporting their children in low income housing. And what better way to deal with those emotions with drugs.

NBA/NFL = steroids, proteins, peptides, stimulants, hormones, elasticity compounds, growth factors, etc. It's not a reflection of genetics seeing as all of the players have voided their genetic compositions and replaced them with ergogenic aids.

Race participation in sports has more to do with cultural interest than genetics (the value of which is wholly overstated). But insofar as strength are concerned, Caucasoids and Australoids are the strongest races.

I don't think that most drug dealers are Black, nor do I really think that it would have anything to do with the rest of the world's dabbling in drugs.

Animal husbandry is a millenia old practice. It predates the science of genetics by thousands of years. Gregor Mendel didn't come along until the late 19th century.

If they wanted big asses, they'd have totally known how to produce more of them via selective breeding.

I was just pointing out that they could have bred certain characteristics because they had a basic understanding of how to do so. I was not making a comment on whether or not they actually would. That's an entirely different debate that I don't think I'd even want to get into.

Do you happen to have any sources to support any of that? I'm not trying to claim outright that you're wrong. You may be right. My whole point was that it seems within the realm of possibility that they could have bred large asses.

I am still a bit skeptical though about ass size being so difficult to selectively breed. I understand the theoretical connection between brain size and hip size, but it doesn't seem like such an easily explicable connection.
