SWIM wants a pre-paid debit card but doesn't want it in his name. All the girls he knows are unreliable bitches who don't trust him. Mostly he just wants it to order things and not be connected to him.

So he has a couple other peoples SS#'s. Mostly girls. He also has dead peoples he'd rather use. Because he would like to try to use the card later as a form of ID maybe to get a license. But the dead people are usually born in the 20's or 30's (obviously not Swims age) Can he change the birth day to whatever he wants while filling out the info for the card?

TLDR: Can you use a dead persons SS# to get a pre-paid debit card and change their birth date?

i don't think you can change the DOB without it getting noticed and then they'll get suspicious and look into it. i don't even think you can use dead peoples identities a easily as you used to. however i thought on something before tho, it involved using the identity of terminally ill people who are living in hospices. if you could get someone on the inside to give you the info of someone. especially if they didn't have any family, then open bank accounts and order cards in their ID. don't use them, but wait until they've died. then just go nuts on the cards and get loans and stuff.

I've heard that the SSN gets reported to credit bureaus a couple of months after a person dies, but they can be used in that short period of time.

The birthdate has to be exact, or else the card registration will fail.

Doesn't work. Financial institutions refer to the SS Death Index to check for this sort of thing.

u can't change the dob and use ssn. once u apply for cc , u have to put the donb and ssn.if u change it , it wont work.but there are some tricks to bypass this.(but u will still need a drop address or forward service)

how do u plan to put money in those cc? If someone can provide u those plastics are u able to put money in?

Simple for a pre-paid card. Just use the SSN and DOB no problem.
